Ed Nixon Trail

The Ed Nixon Trail is a 4.5 km in-and-out lakeside path around Langford Lake, where wheelchair-accessible sections and wooden boardwalks wind through serene stands of Douglas fir, cottonwood, and cedar.

  • This 4.5km in and out trail wraps around part of Langford Lake

  • You’ll be surrounded by Douglas fir, cottonwood and cedar trees as you stroll by the lake

  • Parts of the trail are wheelchair accessible and you’ll find wooden boardwalks along the way (to protect the marshlands)
