Goldie Park

Goldie Park is a 1.5-hectare neighbourhood park in Langford featuring a renovated playground, creekside trails, and scenic connections to Millstream Creek Park.

About

  • Goldie Park is classified as a neighbourhood park, it’s just under 1.5 hectares, and it’s located in Langford.

  • The park is comprised of three parcels, dedicated in 1980, 1988 and 1996. It was named after the adjacent street (Goldie Ave).

  • The playground was constructed with the help of the Kinsmen Club in 2000. It was renovated a few years back.

  • It’s more than just a playground. Nearby, you’ll find Goldie Trail that runs alongside Millstream Creek, leading to a distinctive riveted steel bridge spanning the creek.

  • Off to the left, a gravel path takes you into Millstream Creek Park.

  • There, a long boardwalk and a wooden footbridge provide a scenic way to cross the water.
